Pastor Rich has served in pastoral ministry for over 30 years. He grew up in Kansas City, spent 11 years in the Army and a few years as an electrician. He graduated from Midwestern Seminary in 1997 and began serving full time as senior pastor in Iowa, Illinois, and then here in Moberly. Rich will begin his 15th year as pastor of Carpenter Street Baptist this year. Richard and his wife Teresa have three children and eight grandchildren.

Geoff has 20 plus years experience as an ordained ministry leader. He served as Music Minister & Worship Pastor for various churches throughout the Midwest to the West Coast. He even Pastored a church start-up in cooperation with the Missouri Baptist Convention & Midwest Church Planting. Geoff additionally has a 15 year work history in business. However, his passion is to serve through the local church.

Shannon grew up in Moberly and later graduated from Christian Fellowship High School in Columbia, MO, later earning his BA in sociology from the University of Missouri. He toured for four years with the evangelistic theatrical production “The Masterpiece: A Toymaker’s Dream.” Afterward, he earned his MA in Biblical Literature and is currently engaged in a certificate program in ministry through Grace Bible Theological Seminary. Shannon is passionate about Biblical literacy and engaging the congregation.
